The therapist who actually gets it — professionally and personally.

LCSW · PMH‑C · co-founder, Maternal Wellness Collective

It started with the kids — and led me to their mothers

For more than ten years, my work was children and families: as a child therapist, a school social worker, and an advocate in the meetings where kids' futures get decided. I sat with families through behavioral storms, big emotions, neurodivergence, school struggles, and every flavor of "parenting is so much harder than anyone said."

And session after session, I kept noticing the same person in the corner of the picture: the mother. Holding the appointments, the snacks, the worry, the whole nervous system of the family — while quietly running on empty herself.

Then I became a mom of three, and the noticing became personal. I know firsthand the beauty, the mental load, the identity shifts, and the emotional complexity of motherhood. I know what it feels like to pour so much of yourself into caring for others that you lose track of the woman underneath the roles.

So I built Nurture Her Therapy + Co. — a New Jersey telehealth practice devoted to her: the woman everyone leans on, finally getting a place to lean.

The credentials behind the warmth

Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), New Jersey

Fully licensed for independent clinical practice across the state — every session is with a licensed clinician, never a trainee or a queue.

Perinatal Mental Health Certified (PMH‑C)

An advanced certification in the mood and anxiety conditions of pregnancy, postpartum, loss, and infertility, held by only a small fraction of therapists. It's the difference between a therapist who "also sees" moms and a specialist who does nothing else.

10+ years in child & family work

Child therapist, school social worker, 504/IEP advocate — ages 3 to 18. It's why parent coaching is part of this practice: I can help you understand your child while fully understanding what you're living through as their mother.

Co-founder, Maternal Wellness Collective

Alongside Dr. Lindsay Chambers of Bloom Physical Therapy & Wellness, I co-founded a collective connecting New Jersey mothers with the providers and community that this season actually requires. Events and gatherings are coming — meet the local providers I trust here.

3 kids
my own field research, ongoing nothing you say about motherhood will shock me — and none of it will be judged

What sitting with me feels like

Warm, honest, zero judgement — and really glad you're here. I believe in real conversations over clinical scripts, practical tools over platitudes, and humor as a legitimate therapeutic instrument. You don't have to arrive with the perfect words. You just have to show up — baby, messy bun, parked car and all.

Everything happens by secure video across New Jersey (here's how online sessions work), sessions are $225 with out-of-network reimbursement made painless, and it all starts with fifteen free minutes.
